Balance size and weight for holding, reading and desk work. Compare aspect ratio, brightness, reflections, resolution and refresh rate. OLED offers deep blacks; LCD performance varies with the panel and backlight. For drawing, check whether the screen is laminated to reduce the apparent gap between the pen tip and image, and assess colour accuracy for your work.
Stylus and keyboard: check the combination
A stylus from the same brand does not automatically work with every tablet it makes. Check the exact combination and features such as pressure sensitivity, tilt and palm rejection. Try writing and drawing in the app you want to use. With a keyboard case, assess the layout, trackpad, total weight and stability on your lap.
Performance, storage and connections
Match processor and RAM to your creative apps, games and multitasking. Check storage for offline media and project files, and whether a memory card can be used for what you need. Compare USB transfer speed, external-display support and Wi-Fi or cellular versions. A mobile-data model also needs a suitable plan or SIM arrangement.

For mainly reading and video, comfort and a good screen may be enough; for drawing, pen behaviour and app support deserve more weight. If replacing a laptop, make sure the full setup can complete your hardest workflow before spending more.
